Thank you for your interest in Diamond Properties! Short-term and long-term rentals are available. To apply for one of our units, applicants must have no prior evictions and no history of bankruptcy. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant.
We welcome pets under 20 pounds, but we do not accept aggressive breeds. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
